Waiting

This morning I called Ann and left a message for her to call me. For some reason she decided to email me instead.  She said that she would forward a letter to Eastern with my concerns.  She said that it may take weeks to get an answer from them..

I replied to her email and asked why I referred a child with a colostomy, when we indicated in the beginning that we would not accept a referral for a child that did have a colostomy, so far no response from Ann.  Which is par for the course, it seems they just choose to ignore you, when you have difficult, but important questions that need answers.
